This post is best suited for the admins mainly using VMware ESXi installed for their test purposes and the license of ESXi expired after 60 days.This post tells you that what are the impacts or feature unavailable after your evaluation license of ESXi expired.

First impact would be, If you are using vCenter server to manage ESXi host,Your ESXi host will diconnect from your Vcenter. You will not be able to manage your ESXi server with expired license from vCenter server. You will see the  error message “Disconnected from host.Reason:License expired. Your host license expires in 0 days. The host will disconnet from vCenter server when its license expires.”

At second, You will not be able to power on or reset the virtual machines running on the license expired ESXi servers. You will see the error “Evaluation period is over, Please install a license.” when you try to power on or reset the virtual machine.

Next impact would be you will not be able to utilize the below list of features and are no longer available for your ESXi host
